Welcome back to Camp Hollywood!

After two years of shutdowns due to COVID-19, we are excited to welcome you back. Indoor, multi-day partner dance events are among the most risky for transmission of COVID-19, so we ask that all participants weigh their own risk tolerance before deciding to attend. By your attendance you assume all risks due to possible COVID-19 exposure and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to nor infected by COVID-19 while at Camp Hollywood.

This is an immunity-only event, which means all attendees, staff, and volunteers must show proof of immunity for entrance. Proof of immunity means:

**Up to date vaccine status as of 9/2/2022 as defined by the CDC, which includes boosters (final dose must have been received by 8/19/22) – https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html

Please be sure to bring a photo ID along with your proof of vaccine (card, proof of vaccine trial participation, photo of card, online pass, etc)

An antibody test showing antibodies sufficient for immunity. As of 7/20/22, these are the criteria for the test:

Must be from Labcorp – Must be taken on or after 8/1/22 – Must show a result of 1,000 U/mL or more

**Please contact us at info@camphollywood.net with your results prior to presenting your paperwork at the door so we can make sure you have a smooth check in experience**

Masking and testing – as it’s impossible to predict what situation the pandemic will be in by September, we can’t make a determination on mask requirements or testing requirements at this time. Please be prepared to mask up for this event and/or take multiple rapid tests throughout the weekend. While we’re hoping neither of these will be required for a safe environment, it all depends on variants and worldwide infection/hospitalization numbers by end of August. Check back regularly for updated guidelines.

Have a medical condition that precludes the ability to take the COVID-19 vaccine? Please contact us for waiver procedures at info@camphollywood.net

For your own safety and that of your dance community, please do not attend if:

You are experiencing symptoms such as sore throat, diarrhea, fever, cough, runny nose, body aches, vomiting, etc.

You have been exposed to someone experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or have come into contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 10 days

You are under self-quarantine orders

We are extending last year’s liberal no-fee refund policy any time before the start of the event on 9/2/2022 if you find you cannot meet the above criteria.

We have a safety hotline – 818-732-0363 – if you are experiencing symptoms during the event, have any safety concerns, or need to speak with our medical director about any COVID concerns or other medical issues that arise during the weekend

If you test positive for COVID-19 prior to attending Camp Hollywood, you must have a minimum of 10 days pass along with no symptoms and a negative COVID test before attending

During the event please sanitize and wash hands with soap and water frequently

**What to do if you become ill during Camp Hollywood – please contact us either at info@camphollywood.net or 818-732-0363 and perform a rapid test (one will be provided if needed). Anyone testing positive must remove themselves from the event. We will refund or credit the prorated amount left during the event from the time you become ill.

-If you test positive for Covid-19 after returning home, please let us know so that we can adequately inform everyone else who attended that event. We will keep your report anonymous.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any harassment, bullying or aggressive behavior towards staff or fellow attendees regarding complying with our Covid-19 policies, including falsification of documents, which is a federal offense. Anyone exhibiting these behaviors will be ejected from the event and banned from all future events, and if the situation warrants, authorities will be contacted.
